This logo is meant to graphically depict the fact that the brain organizes the mind into a set of structures and principles (the tinkertoy).  The brain appears inside the structure to represent how that structure of beliefs about reality filters and limits our perception of what happens in our daily life–making the tinkertoy actually build on itself and making it quite difficult to see and understand things in new ways that let us change our thinking when needed.  The tinkertoy could be called the subconscious mind and is very good at helping us do things without having to think–but very bad at helping us know what to do when our landscape has changed.  For that we have to use the rational conscious mind to change the tinkertoy.
